Women’s Wellness Coach Laura Virkkala
Laura Virkkala coaches women to transform their lives so they can feel that they are truly thriving and living a happy, healthy, balanced life. Laura is passionate about holistic health & wellbeing, body and mind connection, biohacking, outdoors and yoga.
By trade, Laura is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, NLP Life Coach, a certified Yoga Teacher by Power Living Australia, and Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration. Originally, Laura is from Finland and these days based between Australia, New Zealand and Finland.
Laura’s holistic health and wellness journey started when she was diagnosed with the Polystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Soon after, her health came crashing down due to toxic mould exposure, and she suffered on-going from chronic fatigue syndrome and a messed-up gut. As she couldn’t find help from the medical sector, she started finding solutions from nutrition, detoxification, stress management, and sleep optimisation. Laura changed her lifestyle completely, reversed the hormone disorder PCOS, beat the chronic fatigue syndrome, and is now thriving and living life to the fullest.
The idea of founding Alorway Women’s Wellness Coaching came from a desire to help other women, who may be suffering from hormonal issues, feeling burned out, and lost how to get their health and wellbeing back on the right track.
