Aloraway Wellness Coaching is led by High-performance and Women’s Wellness Coach Laura Virkkala. By trade Laura
is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach,
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner & Life Coach, a certified Yoga Teacher trained by Power Living Australia, and Laura holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration degree from the Helsinki School of Economics. Originally, Laura hails from Finland, and these days she is based between Australia, New Zealand and Finland.
Laura is passionate about holistic health & wellbeing, biohacking, nutrition, yoga, breathwork, meditation & mindfulness, outdoor sports, and elevating performance through wellbeing.
